So the fact that this award is based on feedback from real customers gives us confidence we are consistently providing an exceptional level of service. The award also recognises just how hard our staff have worked under fresh challenges, with both rising inflation and the cost-of-living crisis affecting both consumers and businesses alike.

To win this award, we had to collect at least 50 reviews between 1 January 2021 and 31 December 2022 and achieve a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5. We couldn’t have done it without you, our customers, so we’d like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for sharing your ratings and reviews with Feefo. It’s another vote of confidence in our brand and has been a great way to recognise the hard work our team puts in every day to offer a fantastic experience.
