The Strawberry Thief design by William Morris at Home is one of Morris' most-loved patterns and this soft blue colourway will create an open and fresh space in your home. The design was inspired by a cheeky, fruit-thieving bird Morris spotted under his strawberry nets in his garden, featuring birds, strawberry plants and garden flowers in tones of mustard yellow with a mixture of soft blue shades, contrasted on a soft white backdrop, set on a smooth matte paper. The original pattern took several days to print using hand-carved woodblocks to build up the different colours. This paper benefits from a paste the wall application making it super easy to apply and remove at a later date. We recommend ordering some sample swatches to get a look and feel for what the Strawberry Thief has to offer in real life.
