This Strawberry Thief design by William Morris at Home is one of Morris' most-loved patterns, effortlessly adding a luxurious touch to any space. The design was inspired by a cheeky, fruit-thieving bird Morris spotted under his strawberry nets in his garden, featuring birds, strawberry plants and garden flowers in metallic bronzed gold with a neutral toned textured backdrop which has a contrasting matte finish. The original pattern took several days to print using hand-carved woodblocks to build up the different colours.
