The Coral Essentials Orbital Perforator is a handy tool used to make wallpaper removal easier and more effective. Six spiked cutting wheels deliver a unique cutting action that perforates and lifts sections of the wallpaper from the wall allowing steam, or a stripping solution, to penetrate freely.
